What Echoic does

Echoic asks AI engines and Google the questions your buyers ask, shows whether your brand is named, and tells you why and what to fix. The free scan asks a small set of questions. The paid audit asks many more and comes with written fixes and a walkthrough call. Ongoing work is agreed separately on a call.

What we can and cannot promise

AI engines change their answers from one run to the next and change their systems without notice. Our results are a measurement of what the engines said when we asked, not a permanent fact about your brand.

We do not guarantee that you will be named, cited or ranked by any AI engine or search engine, and we do not control them. Anyone who guarantees that is selling something they cannot deliver.

We never sell citations, placement or corrections, and we never publish fake reviews or undisclosed promotion on your behalf. If a fix would need that, we refuse it.

Using the free scan

You may scan any public website. Please do not:

• Use automation to run scans in bulk, or get around the daily limit.
• Try to break, overload or probe the service for weaknesses.
• Use the results to mislead people about a company, or present them as ours when they are edited.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

We may limit or block access that looks like abuse. The free scan is provided as is and can be changed or paused at any time.

The paid audit

The AI Visibility Audit is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. We deliver the report by email within 7 days of payment and hold a 30 minute walkthrough call you book afterwards. If we are going to miss the 7 days, we tell you before it happens.

Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo appears on your statement and receipt, and its own terms also apply to the purchase.

If you move to ongoing work, the audit fee comes off your first month.

Refunds

If the audit finds nothing worth fixing, we refund it in full and tell you why. You do not need to ask; we will offer it when we deliver.

If you are unhappy for any other reason, email harsh@echoic.io within 14 days of receiving the report and tell us what fell short. We will either fix it or refund you in full.

If we fail to deliver the report, you get a full refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Ongoing monthly work can be cancelled at any time and stops at the end of the month already paid for. Anything else about ongoing work is set out in the agreement we make on the call.

Your content and ours

You keep every right to your website and anything you give us. You let us read it and process it only to provide the service.

The report, fixes and drafts we deliver to you are yours to use however you like, including on your own site. The Echoic software, name and site design stay ours.

We may use aggregate, anonymised findings (for example, how often AI engines name startups in a category) in our own research. We never publish your name, results or report without asking you first.

Liability

We work hard to get the numbers right, and we tell you when something could not be measured. Beyond that, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost traffic, revenue or ranking. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending use

You can stop using Echoic whenever you like and ask us to delete your data, as the privacy policy explains. We may suspend access for someone who breaks these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. Before anyone goes near a court, email us: most problems are solved by a reply.

Changes

If these terms change, we update the date at the top. Changes do not apply to an audit you already paid for.
